It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 356ph complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. 356ph assumes no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use is restricted or prohibited.
Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 356ph platform. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, including misrepresentation of age or identity, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
356ph is required by PAGCOR to complete identity verification for all account holders prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 356ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
Transfers of funds between 356ph accounts are not permitted. Any attempt to transfer balances between accounts — directly or through structured deposit/withdrawal schemes — constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms.

Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, volleyball, and football — are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting body or league. In-play bets accepted after the recorded outcome of an event (due to data feed delay or error) will be voided. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final accepted odds.
Bingo game outcomes are determined by live draw systems and are final upon draw completion. Jackpot prizes are subject to confirmation of winning pattern validity. Any disputes regarding bingo outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant draw via 356ph customer support.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 356ph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 356ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercializing any 356ph content; creating derivative works based on 356ph materials; or using any 356ph trademark or trade name without express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 356ph, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:
356ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 356ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to AML investigation will be returned to the User via their registered payment method. Funds associated with unresolved investigations may be held pending resolution.
Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months or more may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ₱50 (or the remaining balance if less) may be applied to dormant accounts after the User has been notified by email. 356ph will make reasonable efforts to contact the User at their registered email address prior to applying dormancy fees.

356ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 356ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
